Carrington E. Vaughn is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of New United Partners, a federal contract management firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With a background in law and business, Carrington launched New United Partners with a focused mission: to strengthen domestic manufacturing capability by partnering with small to mid-sized manufacturers and integrating them into the federal supply chain.
